She envisioned more than a restaurant; she created a warm, welcoming haven where authentic island flavors take center stage. Our roots run deep—and so does our heartfelt hospitality. The menu celebrates bold, local flavors, from stewed chicken and goat to fresh fish and even iguana, all served with traditional sides like funchi, tutu, or rice.
